Meeting Agenda:

  1. Review and agree to project plan framework and time frame.

  1. Review additional artifacts gathered since last meeting.

  1. Review additional gaps identified since last meeting.

  1. Begin building out the framework for Steps 3–6 of the project plan.

Our immediate priority is to gather as many resources as possible—other industry standards/references to review—to identify any gaps. AAIS has created a document to serve as the framework for this process, and we will have it further built out to share in the Monday, 8/18 call.

If Workstream members can provide industry standards/references they’re aware of by then, the group can then review and consolidate the gap analysis, with the goal of completing it for the 8/25 call.

At that time, the Workstream will collectively identify any additions or subtractions from the Cloverleaf Residential Structure model.
