Meeting Agenda:

  1. Review a final draft of proposed field additions.

  2. Review initial draft of proposed coding standards.

  3. Discuss key stakeholders for participation/feedback.

  4. Confirm next steps.

Our immediate priority is to gather as many resources as possible—other industry standards/references to review—to identify any gaps. AAIS has created a document to serve as the framework for this process, and we will have it further built out to share in the Monday, 8/18 call.

If Workstream members can provide industry standards/references they’re aware of by then, the group can then review and consolidate the gap analysis, with the goal of completing it for the 8/25 call.

At that time, the Workstream will collectively identify any additions or subtractions from the Cloverleaf Residential Structure model.

Project Plan & Timing (Updated for 8/25)

  1. Identified a focused subset of the Core and Residential Structure Cloverleaf models to use as the basis for data standards and insightful reporting. Mike Payne’s recommendation – Completed 8/11
