Action Items - 12/5/24 - Status Updates

AAIS Team - Set up additional follow-up meetings with the Cloverleaf team to extend the cadence of the discussions - most immediately on how to process the POC Phase 2.

AAIS is working with Cloverleaf and has had two POC training sessions - they are delving into the front end and back end of Cloverleaf platforms - pyramid training, and then Informatica. This is in progress.

Jim Bamberger: Get data from auto ratemaking report to Rob Clark.

This has been done - Cloverleaf has everything they need for the material the group will be working through. Phase 1 - report from the stat plan, validated by AAIS against their version of the report. Phase 2 - Auto - a similar dataset as well as an auto statistical plan. Phase 2 will be more complex and involved. Some of the specifics of this Phase are still being worked out - this work will continue through the holidays and everyone will regroup in early 2025.

Informatica kicks off tomorrow with Amanda Brine, Peter Antley, Greg Williams, Mike Puchner and others - but Jennifer’s team will also be involved. It will feed into the pyramid side which involves querying and actual reporting. This session will be recorded for reference - for those who cannot be present in the live session.

Peter Antley: Draft basic outline for the white paper as agreed on in the white paper meeting on Mon. 12/2.

PA: The group has a start to the introduction/problem statement, PA will be working on the section section of the paper defining the purpose/objectives of OIDS - over 1/2-1/3 - the group will be meeting again to review the new material on Mon., January 6th.

Lanaya: Email everyone in the OIDS call the initial marketing documents.

LN: A productive marketing call with Werner, Cory and Michael took place on Monday - LN is now meeting with everyone individuality to determine the capacities for each group and generate the overall campaign. First action item: to get the landing page up on the website - she will do this by early January - used for periodic updates, explanation, a newsletter/corresponding subscriptions for everyone to stay abreast. Immediate bizdev discussions and related activities are happening now on the basis of a cleaned up executive summary of the white paper - more intensive marketing activity will happen following the issuance of the OIDS white paper.

Lanaya: In the next week email everyone a proposed outline for a marketing campaign.

Member Company Representatives who have specific ideas or requests for webinars should email them to Lanaya Nelson lnelson@openidl.org. Lanaya will then coordinate and time the campaigns.

Group Participants: Follow up marketing discussion in next OIDS meeting on 12/19/24.

Additional Updates Regarding reThought/Cloverleaf POC (Bordereau)

This work will be started in January.

 

Action Items

Amanda Brine - change set up of CLA POC Phase 2 meeting tomorrow so that the link and recording go to AAIS.

Peter Antley - work on the section section of the white paper defining the purpose/objectives of OIDS - over 1/2-1/3.

Lanaya Nelson & Peter Antley: Produce cleaned up executive summary of the white paper - synthesizing the content Werner has written with the introduction presented by Peter in the white paper group on Mon. 12/16 - this can also be used as a basis for the copy on the landing page of the website. Top priority before January 6th. Circulate to everyone in the broader group for review and approval of content.

Lanaya Nelson - Set up landing page for OIDS on openIDL website before year’s end.

Lanaya: Secondarily - get this content to Werner so that he can forward it to his marketing team to get their buy-in - in addition to buy-in from marketing teams @ reThought, Cloverleaf.

Lanaya: Circulate proposed outline for marketing campaign.
